Contact and Ways to Connect
Choose the route that best matches your question. All forms shown in this Phase 5 proof of concept are inactive.
Choose a route
Different questions need different fields, owners, and review gates.
General question
For a general project question or public-information request that does not fit another route.
Training or session interest
Share interest in a future topic, audience, or format. This is not registration and does not promise credit.
Invitation list
Plan a simple, consent-based route for occasional future invitations and updates.
Possible collaboration
Plan a cautious inquiry route that does not create or confirm a partnership.
Suggest a public resource
Provide a structured route for source-controlled resource suggestions.
Suggest a speaker or subject-matter resource
Plan a route for suggestions without implying an invitation or role.
Before you submit anything
Please do not submit confidential student, school, child welfare, medical, disability, immigration, or legal case information through website forms.
Fostering Potential does not provide emergency services, individualized legal advice, legal representation, guaranteed referrals, confirmed trainings, or automatic partner acceptance. Do not use a future form for an urgent safety issue.
Planned routing approach
- Julia is the provisional centralized owner for initial public submissions.
- Internal reviewer feedback may route to a controlled Google Sheet.
- Form-specific ownership, backup coverage, response expectations, and escalation remain PARTNER governance decisions.
- Simple public forms may use Squarespace; structured partner, resource, review, or training-administration forms may use Google Forms after review.
- Each active form must use the minimum data necessary and have an approved retention and deletion plan.
Internal and deferred administration shells
Internal reviewer feedback
Structured comments from authorized reviewers.
Training administration shells
Registration, attendance/completion, evaluation, and certificate-record shells remain deferred and inactive.
